Life Choices

Health4Life, a service of Life Choices, is an engaging health promotion intervention that provides one-on-one services to youth in schools and communities.

It aims at promoting physical, mental, and social well-being with a special focus on HIV prevention and sexual and reproductive health.

Young people are assisted to develop realistic personal risk reduction plans, screened for TB and all STIs, and connected to additional services like psychosocial support relevant to their specific needs. 

Life Choices also provides a number of other services that focus on caregivers (Family Affairs), leadership development (Leaders Quest), a coding academy (Life Choices Academy), and entrepreneurship (New Ventures Studio).
